one word of advice

If you wanna PLAY yer gonna PAY.

stock 4x4s(even jeeps) break things and need repairs, which even if you do the work, cost money.

My first non-tractor offroader was a '61 Vauxhall Victor (NOT 4x4! Although I kept trying to cross the creek on our farm with it)

My first four-wheel drive vehicle was an 85 Bronco 351w with a half working carb, smelled like gas in the cab and you couldnt drive it very long with out your eyes burning. I bought it in highschool to piss my dad off. He made me sell it after i graduated. I went mudding in it a few times which was semi-legal...no one was really sure, it was a mud/dirt road about a 1/4 mile long, nothing compared to my Comanche at the Badlands...so i didnt really count it. To be honest ive been hooked since i was a little kid and saw the magazines at the grocery store, i always tried to get my dad to buy them for me.
