Can't say I would have done that to that truck myself but they did so oh well. 

Was a manual that was converted to auto for some reason and the body kit removed. Save for the rear bumper.

It was a dealer in socal that made them, makes sense they are all local to that region still

No kidding! And people are good about hiding their cars around here in the valley. He might be somewhere in the southern part of AZ.
