Under Dash Wiring Question

I think I have identified all the loose wiring under the dash from POs except for the one pictured. It has a Blk/W wire and a Bl/W wire entering the connector. The two wires are jumpered together with what looks like a factory jumper. Does anyone know what this is for ?

I believe that’s the clutch starter switch, which does not apply to you, with an automatic.

That’s for cruise control. Its where the clutch switch would plug in but is more commonly found with automatics.

Nope. Renix era does not have this.

Sorry for not giving more information The truck is a 1990 (Renix) with an automatic.

That’s the CC clutch switch. The metal tab inside the connector is a jumper since yours is an automatic.
