Where does this go please

Decided it was time to deal with the dreaded rear lower exhaust manifold bolt.  Long story short I had to pull the head and have it helicoiled.  I have a part I can't for life of me figure out where it goes.  I'm at the end of having everything back together and I still can't figure it out.  Input greatly appreciated if you can tell me.  Thanks, much appreciated.

Looks like the doohickey that attaches to the thingamabob

sleeve to cover and hold the speedo cable

It bolts to the side of the intake manifold, driver side at the back. It holds the fuel supply line.
