Fuel Rail Heat Shield

Does anyone have any experience with this fuel rail heat shield on their Renix? I see it says its for a 97+, but I can't see why it wouldn't work on a Renix.

i used it on my gfs 95 4.0 zj.it helped alittle when it was extremely hot outside.the factory started using these on later 4.0s because exhaust manifold heat could cause the center injectors to vapor lock especially during very hot days.

i don't see why it wouldnt work on a Renix either, DEI is a quality product. well known in the drag racing world.

Right, the main cause was the returnless fuel system on the newer models.
