Unknown connector

Hey everyone, I was cleaning up my 87 Mj and I noticed this second connector coming from the same place as the drivers seatbelt sensor wires. I can’t figure out what it’s for so if anyone knows please let me know. Thanks

Center console light of some sort possibly? Almost all of the orange with black stripe wires were dash/console illumination of some sort. See if it comes on when the headlight switch is activated and the dimmer turned up.

This.  It goes to the console and lights up the shift bezel if you have one.

Ah ok, it’s a 2wd so I don’t have that but thanks for the info

Do you have an auto tranny? Could be the shift selector indicator lighting. 99% sure that’s an illumination circuit.
