josehuerta Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 I don't know how common these were, but my '91 came with one. Maybe a California emissions item? Looking for another in any condition.
josehuerta Posted January 21, 2022 Author Posted January 21, 2022 Pic of one still in the vehicle, not very good, but they appear the same as the plastic ones: same size/dimensions, same spigots. Only noticeable difference are three studs on the top I suppose used for top mounting and the center spigot is sealed rather than having a plastic plug.
josehuerta Posted January 21, 2022 Author Posted January 21, 2022 Know any make(s) that might have used the aluminum one? This pickup came from California, canister might have been replaced to pass emissions.
Oizarod115 Posted January 21, 2022 Posted January 21, 2022 both of my california trucks have plastic ones, and 87 and 89
schardein Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 1991-93 parts catalog shows one part number for XJ, MJ, YJ, and ZJ, and a different part number for a mid year change in 93 ZJs.
