Column shifter knob

For anyone that’s replaced their column shifter knob what did you use? Mine needs to be replaced. It’s spinning and slides up on me.
 

No I’d rather not glue it with epoxy. 

 

I found these two online. First LOOKS  pretty cheaply made. Second one looks really nice but gets awful reviews because it IS cheaply made. Most of the reviews stated it broke trying to install on the column 🤣

well, I certainly don't want to install one that breaks while installing it...

Same as GM products. I've used them.

So any mid-80’s GM should work?

I think they're hanging in the HELP section at most parts stores.

Just wanted to update the thread. This knob doesn’t not work.

Dorman 76935 was a good fit for me, I did glue it onto the "splines" of the shifter.
