KoopaKid
This is a project somebody in All Things Jeep Comanche is working on. Didn’t know if it was a thing a lot of people knew about, but just want to share. I am not affiliated with the seller, but anything I can do to get rid of vacuum lines is worth it. scaleless
This seems like way more effort than it takes to just repair any vacuum lines lol
eaglescout526
Also installation of the servos using zip ties to me is just a lazy way for saying I’m running out of money so here’s my product so I can make a bracket to mount the servos better in the future. Knock on wood, but I've never had a single problem with the vacuum HVAC actuators on any car. Electronic? Plenty of problems. Interesting project, but I really don't see the appeal unless you absolutely MUST have the rotary HVAC controls.

Interesting project, but I really don't see the appeal unless you absolutely MUST have the rotary HVAC controls. I’ve had nothing but problems with the vacuum lines on my MJ. Plus I liked the idea of being able to relocate the A/C controls wherever I wanted to free up space from the center of the dash. I’m toying with the idea of deleting the radio (replace with Bluetooth enabled amplifier), removing the A/C panel, closing off the bottom vent, and maybe do some kind of storage or in dash setup with an iPad. In any case, just posted here in case anyone might want to know about it.
