sorta.  your original build sheet was even bigger, but a lot of info was lost back in the day and this is all that's left in the Chrysler computers.   but the birthday and selling dealership have so far proven to be accurate.

Supposedly dealers can modify build sheets. don't quote me on that. I only say such because my boss said he had his 2019 Ram build sheet modified to reflect his tow mirror addition.

I believe the recall for the jk for the steering damper says to modify the build sheet
