Any idea where this goes? It’s hot all the time.

Probably the under hood light wire. Always hot, and is switched by a push button switch on its ground.

Yup hood light. Please for the love of Chrysler do not connect it to your coil even though it has a prong in it that will fit.

Hahaha!!  Yeah, what is up with that prong on the coil??  Test spot or something?  I noticed that recently too.

Fun fact, I had to substitute Christ for Chrysler out of respect for my girlfriend and her religion and it’s really stuck and works since I work at a Mopar dealer. 
 

Anyways, Andy to answer your question I would have to presume it’s either a test spot or at one point it was meant to have something plug in that was only supposed to power on when the vehicle is running.
