Fun fact, I had to substitute Christ for Chrysler out of respect for my girlfriend and her religion and it’s really stuck and works since I work at a Mopar dealer. Anyways, Andy to answer your question I would have to presume it’s either a test spot or at one point it was meant to have something plug in that was only supposed to power on when the vehicle is running.
