Factory brush guard and fog light question

If you ordered a brush guard and fog lights, did you just get a jumper harness to extend the wiring for the fog lights? I can't imagine they had a specific longer harness. Never seen one in person though.

 

I've got a mint pair of Marchal lights and am looking for the brushguard, so I'll be running into this problem soon.

The stock fog light wiring is a different harness which includes all the front light wiring, a relay, and connects to the 10-pin connector by the air box. The harness is the same with or without brush guard. When I find the pictures I'll post them here.

The original plugs would actually extend out pretty far. Even to reach the OEM brush guard.

Yeah I have a factory brush guard and a factory harness on my truck and it reaches the lights fine.

Good to know, thanks guys. I have the harness already, didn't realize it was that long. Just need the guard now. Great looking MJ btw Fiat!

Another foglight question. My harness has the later plugs for (I think) ROL lights. My Marchal lights are not Jeep but generic Marchal lights and have thier own plug. Can I buy new plugs for the light to fit the oem Jeep harness? They look like weatherpack connectors.
