Nope it's a extractor, tap it in, twist it out

So does anyone know where to get T-case breather hole tubing pieces from ? 

Also should I connect tubing to it and run the tubing up so it never gets water in it ?

the hose is just rubber, as for the check valve, not sure. and yea get it up into the engine bay area. i believe most of the time they ran it up along the fill tube

Ok sounds good I will run new rubber lines and see what metal fitting I can get to fit in the holes

How do you know if your torque converter is good ?

Does anyone understand what the 

band adjustments specs mean ? 

I’m trying to figure out how to correctly tighten my front and rear band

Tighten to said lbs then back off the number to the right

Tighten the center to 72 in lbs then turn it back 3 turns

so for the front band tighten 72 inch pounds

then turn back 2.5 turns

 

what about the rear band 

the two stars next to the 7 is what confuses me

why are they there ?

then loosen it 7 turns 

then the band is gonna be real loose and wobbly

Should I open up the valve body to see if there’s any rubber o-rings to change ??

Should just be steel plates and check balls, no rubber in there

If you take it apart be caulk you don't lose the check balls or the locations they came out of

Is 15 ft lbs really enough for they pump cover ?

Is the cross member bracket suppose to have the gap between the metal and rubber ?

Looks like yes it is 

I wonder if I fill in the gap with silicone 

if that makes it stiffer and better
