Jtslick89
Received my new headliner from SMS. There is no old headliner (just completely missing). Anyways, long story short, I noticed that the A pillar trim on the drivers side is broken in the 2 torx screw areas (where the little circle hole cover is). Any recommendations on how to get the trim tighter since this broken area will be loose if i can't? Larger/longer bolt that sticks out and get rid of the decorative cover? Any other ideas? Jeep Driver
I did not photograph it but I repaired the screw areas the same way. Epoxy and fiberglass strands.
SVPete
Same here. Chopped fiberglass and epoxy mix.
ghetdjc320
I use a hot knife and melt the plastic back together.
AZJeff
Epoxy and some thin aluminum sheeting cut/bent to shape (and glued to the inside of the piece) works well for this type of stuff. I have done that on several spots, and on my door panels as well.
