ghetdjc320
I replaced my drivers side door hinges and added the reinforcement plate. Works great and was able to find the oem hinges from teamcherokee.com. Now my passenger side is going out and would like to do the same thing but can’t find any hinges. If anyone knows where to get an oem set that would be great. If not, what hinge pins will fit if I rebuilt it?

Perhaps someone could shed some light on this.
eaglescout526
Well I have some good news. There’s 182 hinges left and 82 at dealers. Front and rear doors are not the same hinges. Part number-5014090AA.

For me at least. I try to avoid the aftermarket scene as best as I can.

mnkyboy
Front and rear hinges are slightly different but interchangeable, which is good to know especially when looking for used hinges. XJ rear hinges are typically in much better condition than front hinges.

I was planning on cutting of my hinges and installing the reinforcement plate along with new ones.
mnkyboy
The part that welds on is trimmed back on the rear hinges, you could add the metal back or weld them on as is. Otherwise they are the same hinge.
