Rookie snow plow question

A former girlfriend lives in Montana. She's buying a used Toyota Highlander and she asked for my opinion of this snow plow rig. I know nothing about it. Does anyone know anything about it?

How much does it snow there and how much is she plowing and what is the terrain like?

 

I'd destroy that thing in about 20 seconds with the amount of snow I get...  Those are meant for clearing an inch of light snow off a paved driveway or small parking lot, and not doing it in a hurry at that.

Light duty. No way I’d ever drop that much $$$ on something like that. Seems like a childish attempt at moving snow around to me!

Plus, no angling feature and only attached to a 2" receiver. Even the "extreme plowing" video shows only an inch or two of snow. It looks like it would be better on an atv really.

That’s for a soccer mom in an emergency in the suburbs of a state that doesn’t get snow.

 

Montana?  She needs a full fledged snow plow with angling and lift.  Must be electric over hydraulic.

 

Western, Boss, SnoWay.

 

SnoWay would be my recommendation for a rookie.  Has down pressure for scraping.
