Ok. I feel like an  but I can’t figure out how to pm someone. It can’t be this difficult? Can somebody just give me a hint

There's a few ways to do it. The easiest is to hover over someone's name with your mouse and click on "Message". You can also go to their profile and click on "message"

You just touch the little picture by their name and it will take you to their profile. In their profile is the little icon that looks like mail.
