KJ randomly dies after starting

My wifes 07 KJ is having an issue starting. When you start it will immediately die. Doesn't do consintently or have any bearing on being hot or cold. Was reading and thinking it could be the IAC. Wondering if anyone else might now what could be the issue?

same key do it all the time? only reason i ask is Chryslers security system will allow the car to start then immediately die when it does it does the security light stay on, it will either be a solid light or a picture of a key.

Pull the IAC and clean it, or replace it.  I got away with cleaning mine a couple times but the last time didn't work.  New one cured it.

Yep same key. I'll start with giving the IAC a good clean and see if that helps. Thanks for the info.

Update?  Did the cleaning help any?

I won't be able to look at it until this weekend. I'm in the mountains and shes back in Denver.

So I was looking for the IAC and am I missing something because I can't find it. I was reading some more and it was mentioned that 07 does not have an IAC? My only thought is it might be in the throttle assembly pictured below.

Wow, that's a lot different looking than my intake/TB on my 02.  The IAC is pretty easy to spot on it, driver side.

You are correct on a drive by wire the TPS is part of the throttle body.

Nope no codes. It's sponatious when it goes goofy.
