The owner must have listed that on all CL in the US.  I see it when I search CL locally in MD.

Pretty sure it's not a scam, they bought it at auction and are trying to flip it for a profit, but I think they overestimated the value they would get for it. Eventually someone will buy it, but until then they're pretty much spamming CL with it since they tried eBay twice without a sale...
