Black smoke

I recently installed new Bosch 4 hole injectors in my 89 jeep comanche and ever since then it is putting out black smoke and getting black stuff all over my paint! Is there any way to adjust the fuel air ratio so it quits doing this! The idle is kinda funky to since then! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Did you buy the injectors new, rebuilt (ebay), or pull them from a junkyard?

 

I am thinking that one of the injectors, possibly even two, are stuck open and dumping excess fuel.

Are you sure you didn't knock anything off ? Like the Map hose or any other vacuum lines ?
