RustyRodder Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 Hey guys, Talking to my cousin about building a rollbar for my SWB. Hoping somebody could help out with some dimensions and/or photos. Base width, middle (top of bed), top, and then the kickers. I have done searches, but can't find anything online other than the base of the bed is 55.5", top is 56", total width 61"
Pete M Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 are you building something that just holds up lights or something to protect your noggin?
RustyRodder Posted February 3, 2017 Author Posted February 3, 2017 Just holds up a few lights- trying to keep it OE appearing, or else I would just make a square-tube headache rack. Its true you never can find things when you need them- last summer, there were Ranger and S10 bars galore around me. Last 3 moths? nothin.

I'm guessing you are trying to recreate a factory rollbar? Unless you are trying to copy a design it is gonna be easier just to mock something custom up and see how you like it. Cheap way to do it is use PVC pipe, mock something up, if you don't like it you can change it or completely start over and only be out a few bucks. Good luck on your search.
Goose_XJ88 Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 I should be able to get you measurements off mine since I haven't installed it yet. just let me know where you want me to measure from. (not my pictures but draw on them where you want me to take measurements from)
