What are these for ?

in your bed you will find two of these by the cabin side 

but what are they for ? can anyone tell me

you pop them off to clean the bed? who knows, that`s what i used them for..

i popped one off and it appears that all it does is allow you to connect something to the frame 

i would be surprised if its there solely for cleaning purposes

Factory roll bar mounts?

Factory roll bar?, there is a bracket that attaches to the frame under the bed there

yeah I think they were te drain/passthrough for the factory roll bars,
