I ran my Vin number through the decoder that Hornbrod posted in the DIY section and guess what? It came up as an 89 4x4 8-foot bed J10! How crazy, I've thought this whole time that it was an MJ :D

That VIN decoder has gone south for some reason. This one from France works pretty well:

Much better! Very accurate. Can't scroll right to see the rest that's cut off though but I doubt it's important. Not sure why it has Metric Ton/Big Ton on there though? Mine is just a regular ol' Comanche from what I can tell.

Metric ton package was the Comanche that came with the D44 in the rear and some overload springs

It's just listing all the different MJ models and equipment for the year all weigh between 5001#-6000# GVW for the VIN 4th character.
