Jackrabbit41 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Some guy off Craigslist wants to buy my old CAD Dane 30 from my comanche but he's not sure if it'll work in his grand Cherokee. I couldn't find anything about it. Anybody know? Thanks
64 Cheyenne Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 If it's replacing a Dana 30 of the same ratio it'll fit, work fine. One thing to point out is the brakes are gonna be different, but will still work. Just have to remember to purchase for a Comanche, or he could swap knuckles, but why? when you could get correct complete axle from a from ZJ WJ etc.
shelbyluvv Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Depends on the year of Grand. If it is a ZJ 93-98 it will "work". He'll have to lock the CAD or eliminate it. 99+ WJ will not work with out major modifications.
