Is this a good multimeter ?

Wanted know if any of you guys have used this multimeter , I'm on a budget and I can't spend much and i would like to purchase a multimeter that is useful for testing and diagnosing the sensors on the jeep . You guys think this Would be a good multimeter to test the sensors with ?

They so cheap, I keep one in most of my vehicles glove box (the older ones anyways). but they work fine also.

x3 on the harbor freight units --- one in each vehicle, one in the house & a couple in the tool box (shed)
