1989 Jeep Comanche Pioneer edition 2wd 4.0L 6cyl

 

Blown engine! Still starts and runs but it sounds like a damn diesel truck now. I was driving through some mountains and it started to heat up on the way up a long uphill stretch. It never reached the red but I should've stopped. It cooled back down quick once I crested the hill but the same thing happened two more times. By the time I made it home it was too late. I don't want to scrap this thing because of the quality of the body and interior but it's not likely that anyone around the little town I'm in is going to want anything to do with it. Hopefully one of you comanche club members falls in love with this thing as I have and has the means to salvage it.

Scrapped if no inquiries. So what's the scrap value where your at and will you take scrap price?saves you the time takin to scrap yard.

Around here it would be $150.00-$200.00 If the OP would lower the price and I am sure some one would take it.

Hell, I'll take it for at scrap price + another $100.  I have an engine I can throw in it and I live right here in North Carolina.  Take me on that offer??
