Zebvance
I'm replacing all the pulleys on my mj and I'm having trouble finding the ac bypass bracket pulley. The truck did not come with ac from the factory and had this dummy bracket and pulley instead. I have went to orilies and they have no record of the part. If anybody knows a auto part store that I can get it, it would be helpful.
dasbulliwagen
Not sure if the 4.0 is like my 2.5, but when I did mine, there was a fake pulley for the P/S that it didnt have, but for the AC the belt routing was just different, and it didnt have a dummy pulley there. WHen I added the AC and P/S I just added the P/S pump and compressor bracket and routed the new belt appropriately.

HOrnbrod
Looks like it's part number J3239821, 100mm. Try searching for a better price. If this one is correct, it's pretty easy to change the bearing in it. Let me know; I've got the p/n for the bearing somewhere. http://www.carid.com/1987-jeep-wrangler-suspension-systems/crown-suspension-systems-16682199.html
