jimoshel Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 After reading several ads and posts concerning roll bars but no brackets I had to look. Found a nice set of front brackets on a '87. No rear. NO, they're not for sale. Just had to sound off about them. Might be something to look for next time you're JY scrounging. They can be spotted by looking thru the gap between the cab and bed. Don't have to crawl on the ground. Look for the mounting holes in the bed. Give you a clue.

92tanMJ Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Take some pictures and measurements and maybe we can get some cad files drawn up
Oyaji Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 :agree: As with all similar stuff, that is a great idea. Maybe he would even consider making parts for sale.

I will take measurements and better pix in a couple months when I take my bed off for frame work and paint. I pretty much had to throw pieces up there, somewhat bolt them in then tack together. They aren't perfect but they work.
92tanMJ Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 Oh I personally was talking about Jims but that would work too I guess

Three sets, but who's counting. I have four sets now. I had one set originally. I purchased two sets from CC members. I found one set on a mj that I didn't know had them, until I looked.
