1987 Comanche

Hi guys recently have been looking for project mj love the trucks always wanted one. Well I found one a1987 4.0 2wd auto looks to be in great shape no rust one dent in rear quarter behind bumper 130,000 miles supposedly runs perfect with ac blows cold they will not budge off 2500$ and I will have to commute 4-6 hours to pick up so I'm lookin at probably around 3000$ after expenses out the door. I guess what I'm asking is to you guys that deal with these trucks is this a wise purchase or should I wait for another one thanks in advance for any help love the forum can't wait get a manche

Pass, thats a lot of nickle for not a lot in return. But if you have pictures that would help tremendously.

 

Where are you located? That might have a lot to do with the high asking price.

I'm in Louisiana the truck in Alabama that's what I figured seen others but just not close thanks for reply found another one around me but they say it has electrical problems but supposedly engine runs good no rust just surface for 1000$ my only problem is the remix system seems to be complicated I would need some help on that you guys would sure get sick of all those questions

The RENIX injection/ignition system is very simple (not complicated) and extremely reliable.

Correct. And there's plenty of support on Comanche Club for that system.
