dakineJ Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Did'nt happen to see any mention of this so I thought I'd post up in case anyone had'nt seen the article in Offroad mag or online : http://www.fourwheeler.com/features/1309-1987-jeep-comanche-chief/ Are they a member here?
HOrnbrod Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Fixed it for ya, I think. Is that the link you were refering to?
comanchedude Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 I don't like the engine choice..and them 6-pack shocks are off the hook expensive.
Oddmodman Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Now I like what he did to the wheel wells, both front and back. I'd like to know where he got those or if he made them. Assuming they're fiberglass? I don't much appreciate it when sawzalls are taken to wheel wells and left that way.

He joined up last time we were talking about his truck. Yes Sir. Truly my favorite MJ build of all time. And it is subtle considering how super capable it is both on and off road.
johnnyc Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 A buddy of mine rode in it recently. He says it rides super nice.
HOrnbrod Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Well Johnny, all I can say is  . It's such a well thought out and executed MJ.
dakineJ Posted August 5, 2013 Author Posted August 5, 2013 Don , thanks for fixing the link. Does Scott have a build thread on here? I am always impressed with long travel/low lift height builds, sort of an expedition-prerunner.
HOrnbrod Posted August 5, 2013 Posted August 5, 2013 Not a build thread per se. This is about it on CC: http://comancheclub.com/topic/35463-vortec-powered-mj/?hl=scott
