Anti Spam Idea

Would it be possible to make it so accounts cannot make any posts unless they've uploaded a profile picture and/or edited their signature?  Should make it near impossible for spam accounts to function.

Which means you did not notice me nuke the spammer from the April Comanche of the month topic within a minute of the post appearing. :P

the service has gotten a bit better about catching them.  and any that might have gotten through because of the loophole are now diverted into the "validating" queue for manual approval/deletion.
