Comanche County Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Was just cleaning out my pics and found this. A while back Fox News did a story on K2 Solutions. A NC company that trains working dogs. http://www.k2si.com/ Any they were showing off a dog jumping in a vehicle to seize a perp. I backed up the DVR and took a pic because something stood out. They have an MJ! They were talking about how defense cuts will put a serious hurt on their business, maybe they'd sell the MJ? Could be a nice set of tail lights, a D44, bumper, you never know. Its a MJ for sure, see the back window? Anyways...Here's the German Shepherd.
mpace6a Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 Another way to tell is the column shifter, as far as i know, xj's never had column shifters. Also, good lookin shepherd!
gogmorgo Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 ^that would make a lot of sense, this being an ex-cop car, because of the business they're in. I have to admit I'm having trouble seeing the "rear window". It looks more to me like looking out a side window, with the dark strip above the orange hoodie simply being the hood's liner. It also looks like there's a lot of room behind the seat...
HOrnbrod Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 The last year for the column mounted shift indicator was 1986, so it's an 84-86 XJ Utility model, probably military.
Comanche County Posted February 4, 2013 Author Posted February 4, 2013 Nope, it was an MJ, I saw the b pillar lights, but I couldn't fit them and the dog in pic.
