cruiser54
My Golen stroker has a single roller timing chain and it requires no mods. I don't think the double roller requires any mods either.

HOrnbrod
I have the Hesco double roller timing set (uses the Cloyes chain) with the stock cover on my stroker. No problems with fitment.

mountainman
Well... how much interference are we talking about here? Measure it and then the decision can be made on what to do.

Are you certain the sprockets are fully seated on the cam and on the crank?
codymanche
Figured out what it was the cam had been pushed forward by the cam plug in the rear which was givng me the prob. My solution was to hit the cam with a hammer and a prices of wood and keep trying the plate until it had been flush with the block. Then added some high temp on the plug.
