Hi, guys.

Just thought i'd introduce myself.

I'm in the UK, near London and i'm a big fan of the MJ. Unfortunately, the MJ was never imported to the UK by AMC or Chrysler and only a handful have found their way over here since. I would like to own a short bed with 4.0HO (were these made?) 4x4 and short bed but they are almost impossible to find and decent ones are megabucks. One day maybe I'll find one of these super rare Jeeps for myself, but in the meantime i'll have to just lurk on ComancheClub and gaze in envy at your trucks.

I do have other Jeeps. The fleet at present comprises;

1991 XJ 4.0 HO Sport 2door (never sold here, this is an ex US airbase personnel car) 5 speed, lifted, lockers, 31s etc. used for offroad fun.

2004 KJ Cherokee 2.5CRD 5 speed (liberty to you guys) Pioneer. This is a van version of the Sport for the UK market. it has a flat rear floor, no rear seats and metal panels in place of the side windows, but still 4 doors opening. For work and general hauling.

2006 WH (WH to you) Grand Cherokee 3.0CRD Limited. For the mrs. Uses for work and for our time out.

We're using the XJ for fundraising for Cancer Support. Look here for details.

Welcome! :cheers:

Unfortunatly for you, the short bed 4.0 in not an uncommon combination here. Lucky for me, I found one for me. Sounds like you've got a great fleet going. It sure is cool to hear about all of the Jeepers there are scattered across the globe, so don't make yourself a stranger!!!! :D

actually my truck is exactly what you are looking for.

Powertech-six 4.0L HO, SWB, 4x4, Auto, Eliminator.

most common set up for this is the Eliminator in that combo only in 91s and 92s since the HO was only offered in those years in the MJs.
