Paul Bruchal Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 Can I just swap my 1990 valve cover for a newer style one? I'm guessing 97'+??? Is the clearance the same? and bolt patters? Id like to do this in the future, not any time soon.
ratrapp Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 just grab the mounting bolts and use the newer style gasket.i did this on my mj amd my gf's 95 zj and it significantly reduced blowby in the breather box.

sinkrun Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 I used a 2001 from a grand had to adapt some hose fitting I believe I went to a larger nipple on the manifold. Theres a write up somewhere.
