lifted_xj
I'm buying my old Cherokee back off a buddy for cheap for the parts. Its got a 4.5" skyjacker lift in it with add a leafs, I want to put the lift in my Comanche and was wondering how much lift it would give I know its not gonna be 4.5' because the leafs are different arches. ComancheKid45
youll get probably 2.5"-3" of lift from the XJ leafs, if they are still at 4.5" XJ AALs typically lift the MJ just over half of advertised for an XJ
lifted_xj
Yea thats what I was wondering, maybe I should save up for some Hell Creek springs to even it out.
lifted_xj
Could I add some more leafs from the xj pack to get the truck around 4.5"?
Geonovast
XJ leaf packs sit pretty much flat, and they're shorter than MJ packs. This is why you don't get as much lift from XJ AALs. By the time you get what you're going for, you're going to have extremely thick, bastardized packs that will probably ride like crap. I think getting new leaves that are already arched for what you want is going to be much better. Hellcreek is a fine company with an amazing product. While I don't have any personal experience with them (yet), I've seen nothing but awesome reviews and recommendations for them.

I think I'm just gonna throw the xj leafs in for now and see what happens.
camjeep3
Might as well. If it doesn't work out you can go from there! Thanks for the compliment
