Blue88Comanche
Its been raining sense Friday, mostly off and on now. Saturday however this is what i woke too. Lets start with the Back yard. the drainage ditch along the fence is full and over flowing. This is a vent for the underside of the house. The front yard from the driveway. We knew it was going to storm so we parked the Jeeps in the front yard away from the trees, and on the "high ground" Robert seeing how deep the water was and the Road The ditch is about 4 feet deep and 6 feet wide tpxOevBdrFw&hd=

Zenobian_84
It hit over in Central FL, but its been nowhere near as bad as up in AL  The only thing that happened was I about careened off the side of the bridge connecting Howey to Tavares last night because the rain was so thick. If that happened, I would have probably taken Sinkrun's advice.
Blue88Comanche
I never have remembered it flooding that bad, even during hurricanes I don't remember that much flooding. But then again I did not drive around afterward.. Robert and I drove Dad's liberty around Grand Bay. The end of Henderson camp road was flooded where it turns to dirt, warren creek road (i think that's the name) near the creek the water was almost up to the bridge and just past it the road was flooded as well as some houses. parts of some roads where starting to wash away, and on Grand Bay Wilmer Road, the side of the road did wash away, up to the yellow line any way. I took video from the massive hurricanes from April 2011 where I was fording around two feet of water driving out of our development. Our house did not flood only since it was build on higher ground. I don't remember any hurricanes last year that affected us, but I was reminded that there where some further north that Alabama. we did not do too much driving because I was waiting for a call and did not want to talk and drive at the same time. the deepest we went through was about 1 - 2 feet at its deepest. Rich
We got between 15 and 20" of rain here in Pensacola. There is a small stream near our property that is never more than 3 feet wide. On the 9th of June it was more like a hundred feet wide. Here is a video I took from my deck. Alexia
Sadly, I will get a nasty letter from my HOA for not mowing my long grass that is growing fast due to so much rain, but I can not mow it because it is raining. I really need to move.
