You know that part that attaches below the bumper and extends to each of the end caps? :hmm:

I need a new one since mine is all bent up from a wreck and all the ones I find at the JY are just as bad, so I'm looking to buy one off of ebay but can't figure out what it is called. :fs1:

I stole this picture from a write up and circled the part I need Identified.

 

 

 

Your help would be appreciated.

That sucks... I just gave one away when i sold my front bumper.. The guy said he didnt want it... I'll see if he still has it...

That's the right part ... except that's for a 1997 thru 2001 Cherokee. It won't fit an MJ. You need one for a 1984 thru 1996 Cherokee.

 

 

I'm going to be using it with a 97+ front bumper so would I still need the older one or should I go with the newer one?

Not comepletely sure what it's called...I'll ask my grandma what she calls the one on her Jeep.

I call it an air dam. I cut mine up to fill the gap between the cowl and fender, when I took my flares and inner fenders off. I think you need the 97 style anyway.
