It takes tact, compassion, understanding, a high level of training, and experience to guide troubled kids.....Introspective persuasion isn't my strong point, I let my USA Amatuer boxing coach certification expire, but I'd just suit em up and throw em in a ring for 4x 2 minute rounds, then send the loser over to the heavy bag for retraining until he couldn't lift his arms.
