Lowrange2 Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 I've always used V-Bulletin... I'm by far not used to this forum format. How in the world do you subscibe to a Forum and then subscribe to threads? I'm sure it's simple but I've been looking for 2 days. :) Thanks!!!
carnuck Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 In the user control panel there is subscription options. I set mine to subscribe for whatever I post on.
Lowrange2 Posted January 13, 2012 Author Posted January 13, 2012 I'm just not seeing it. The only thing I see in the UserCP is the "Manage Subscriptions" button...
Pete M Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 I think this is how it works: -User Control Panel -Board preferences -Edit posting defaults -Notify me upon replies by default

Lowrange2 Posted January 15, 2012 Author Posted January 15, 2012 Not really how I'm used to it working... Apparently now I get emails to my phone everytime somone posts... I can't deal with my phone screaming at 3am when one you guys post something. lol I guess it's just something to get used to. The UserCP looks kinda the same but doesn't seem very user friendly. Thanks tho!

Thanks tho! If you subscribe to the thread, that's what it does. It sends you notification of activity on the thread... I don't know how the other sites do it. I know JF is the same thing and I believe that is vB. Rob :dunno:
