Yeah same here. There is no reason anything should take over a week to get. I even called and they said they weren't sure why, it was in processing and will ship when it does.

 

Thats BS, I hate when companies do that :wall:

I have no experience with "Motion" , but will advise you call in , ask about part stock and shipping times . Then expect the vendor to hold up on their end . I never order off any web-site other than ebay without calling first and generally ordering on the phone .

 

My last parts order was from Minnisota(spelling?) Ordered it 3pm Friday , it had to be shipped out within 10 mins to catch the courier and it was(I think 5 pm there) . My parts arrived that Monday afternoon in Edmonton,AB Canada . That's the type of service I like and why I always shop IRO before looking elsewhere . :bowdown:

I ordered a set of front progressive rate springs and I called them before ordering, they were helpful and they shipped my order fast. They arrived with fragile and glass stickers plastered all over them. So the UPS man chucked them onto my cement stairs as I was watching him from my couch. :fs1:

Luckily they weren't breakable as the box insisted. They shipped a motion offroad sticker that I plan on plastering on my tool box, very classy indeed.

all the smaller stuff i ordered came how and when it was supposed to. now the bigger items i had to wait on. one of them took a month! both compaines giving me the run around because neither knew what the @#$% was going on. so with me its 50/50. youll either be good to go or pissed off. just make sure to read their policy. last i remember it was something f'd up on cancelations or refunds or something
