windshield whippers not working

So its raining for once here in beautiful Colorado so I hop in my truck start her up and turn on the whippers and nothing happen not even a noise.anyone know were I should start looking for a problem? :dunno:

Make sure the circuit breaker is good, the silver thing at the bottom of the fuse box.

So my wipers work but have only one speed... sort of a med speed i guess... would that be the wiper switch that has issues?

It's black plastic, maybe 3 or 4 inches square and it is usually velcroed to the lower, inside edge of the driver side lower dash. You can feel it and peel it off the dash. Two wiring harnesses are plugged into opposite sides. The harnesses can be detached from the box and plugged into each other to by-pass the intermittent wiper function, if you have that function.

Not trying to hijack the post, but what about wipers that work fine...sometimes....then stop mid swipe, only to start again? 86 Comanche just on off & 2nd speed wipers.
