The Good:

Straight Body.

Good Tailgate

No Rust

Long Bed.

4.0

AW4

Metric Ton

Runs Good.

Shifts Good.

Jeep Bed Liner

Good bench seat

Extra Transfer Case in pieces. (loose chain)

Good stereo with sub and amp.

 

Daily driver.

 

The Bad:

4WD doesn't work. I think the transfer case is OK, it isn't engaging the front axle.

Needs Headliner

205K miles

Needs steering column.

Needs TLC

Air doesn't work.

1 Bad tire, 3 decent.

 

In Primer mostly.

 

Asking $1300 OBO.

by the way, what's wrong with the column? if it's flopping around near the tilt point, there's 4 bolts that probably need to be tightened up. it takes about 1 to 1.5 hours if you have the right tools and there's some info in the DIY section i posted awhile back on it.

This thing needs a lot of TLC, but; it is a good solid foundation.

Straight Body, good seat. Motor runs good. Metric Ton.

OK, so here's the deal.

The truck is now mine. My son owed me a bunch of money so I took the truck off his hands and called it even.

Trust me he got the better deal.

 

Now, do I fix it up, sell it, or part it out?

Sorry I couldn't help you out on the truck. I've been looking for one(nearby) to convert mine. I just wasn't interested in converting to auto and I don't like longbeds. Keep it together if you can. Good luck to you, hope this helps your son out.
