It was a 8x Cherokee Golden Eagle with a Rebuilt 360.

Would not start dead battery but did turn over

Pass Side fender and hood were damaged by a light poll

Lots of rust

Had some spare parts

Floors were just about gone

the guy was selling it for his son whos in Cali.

The son bought it for a project and had another one to switch stuff back and forth on

What a pitty. Back in it's day, that was quite a truck. I would hate to guess how much it would cost to bring that old girl back to life.

And Don, you are a bit of a pessimist. If you took the time to look more closely, you would see that seat belt buckle is in good shape too. :brows:

I have had numerous FSj's. I just sold a driver '79 Chief with 1/2 the rust, no wreck damage, and that already had the floors repaired ( i am positive that one in the pics will have zero usable front floor boards ) for less than what he wants for that. Unless you want to part it or cut it for a trail beater, that is beyond saving economically. :( $500 tops, IMHO.
