AMC-MJ Posted June 15, 2010 Share Posted June 15, 2010 Yea could be my AX-4 grinds into reverse. Can't do a clutchless shift either sure it pulls out of gear smooth but it won't go back in gear . . . The funny part is when ya pop it out of gear clutchlessly and use the clutch for the next hear it grinds ! Now if ya clutch shift clutch shift like you "should" then all is well shifts smooth . . . She parked it in front of my house one day while soil was delivered on her driveway so I pulled the white one in front and took a picture. It's an '89 4WD, LWB, 4.0L, column shift automatic.
