If you want to measure flex/articulation you need to lift one wheel as high as you can before any other tire lifts off the ground. Noticed the brake line somewhere near proportioning valve is leaking veryyyy little. Still got to pratice with double flare the brake steel lines. but overall its great feel to drive it around. comanche12 Posted May 18, 2011 Author Share Posted May 18, 2011 5/17/11 i decided to buy battery cables and spark plugs :cheers: took old battery cable out and noticed how bad corrosion on ground side cable which I'm not surprise... :roll: look how bad condition of those battery ends :no: ground end power end :ack: took me a hour total to replace everything looks alot better! decided to spray bomb the brake quiet stuff on the battery post and ground connect to engine block :clapping: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I still got to replace ignition wires and Dibsturor too anyway. also I finally decided to glue the rear view mirror mount thingy. comanche12 Posted July 30, 2011 Author Share Posted July 30, 2011 I'm been working on my mj slowly but what did i do so far. finished drill mill and retap the C bracket for the the metal wedges and plates. brake upgrade drilled the rod 5/8" for brake switch finish installed. JeffK Posted August 5, 2011 Share Posted August 5, 2011 30 mins after ripped those old friction tape off and duct tapes... yes duct tapes. there couple some corrsion on wires and some damaged wires too.Ill replace some wires and fix the splices asap. duct tapes.... :doh: I found a lot of the same tape in the engine bay harness. I already got longer bolts for metal wedge. its all bolt down perfect but still got to get the thread tap chase out that i addicent snapped it off. so I'm try to get it out. this time I'm gonna try drill it then use the special drill bit that do revesre to get it out. whatever its called. :dunno: STAY TUNED!
