perhaps the classifieds section should be revamped to be more like the wheeling trip section? broken up into regions?

i am so sick of reading a post, and going "Hey! This is awesome!, Where is it? IL!?" :grrrr: :wall: :headpop: :fs1:

Some of the other forums have you put your state's initials in parentheses at the beginning of your ad's title.

as logical as it sounds, that just increases my work load even more. we have a rule in place right now that requires a location be posted and I can't seem to get people to do it. what would make them post up in the proper location? what about areas that border 2 forums? does someone need to quintiple post a small shippable item for sale? good thought, but far too complicated for our little forum. :(

I'm with Pete. How difficult is it to put the 2-letter state abbreviation in parentheses in the title and body of the post?

Is it possible to put a small "required info" spot at the beginng of the title section?

 

Also, people still can't figure out that their is a section for stuff that is not theirs, even tho it says "ebay, craigslist, stuff that is not yours" :shake:
