You ever "HAD to have something" 89 Pioneer content

Saw this truck a few days ago & knew I had to have it. 89 Comanche pioneer. 4.0, 5 spd. & only 87,000 miles. I'm going to do nothing to it, except drive it. OK maybe new wheels & tires. I'm pretty stoked

Take a picture of the transmission for us to see which one you have... may make a difference for you in the future. It could have either the BA10/5 or the AX15. The AX15 being the better trans. I think early 89 had the BA, and later 89 had the AX.

man except for the color, our trucks are pretty much the exact same, mine is an 89 pioneer 6cyl 4x4 5spd, with low miles(93xxx), and my interior color is the same as my exterior, very nice find any future plans?
