DirtyComanche
So, when you going to chop the top?
XJs4Ever
Thanks all! Yea I like it. After I raised my 89 by 5" I always missed the loss of street sweetness so I decided to keep this one low enough to be a comfy DD but high enough to handle the class 5 trails. I am adding the locker in 3 months and should have the bump stops lengthened by then to prevent rubbage. I am replacing the painted bumpers with chromes next weekend. I have a drop pitman off a ZJ to put on also. :wrench:
whowey
Rick, did you mug an old lady to get that thing? It is really clean. Lose the speakerbox, and you have yourself one really nice start to a good combo truck.
Pete M
Just 'cause someone owns a big speaker box doesn't mean they have to turn it all the way up all the time. Bass is awesome when the song calls for it. Don't be hatin' on the bass. :jump:
XJs4Ever
Yep I have my priorities, 'specially with a 66 mile daily commute. I just stuck a new deck in that plays mp3's and also will play SD cards and you can plug in an I-Pod or DVD player to play thru the stereo, plus a USB port for flash players etc. The subs sound great and drown out the rattle of tools in the tool chest. Its a start and has a long way to go. The Varmints new owner came over today and picked up a ton of MJ parts and trim and stuff. His 91 is just beautiful and makes me want to go buy one tomorrow but that will have to wait till next spring at least.
Pete M
You going to add rock rails to the new Jeep before the trails or after the dents? Not that anything but Scouts rust in Colorado. :D
